Ingredients
5 egg yolk
130g castor sugar
300g whipping cream
400g fresh milk
100g dark chocolate
1tbsp cocoa powder
1pinch salt
Preperation
1. Add all ingredients
(90 temp) (8 min) (speed 2)
Freeze for a least 4 hours
2. After 4 hours when partially frozen, Add frozen mixture into jug.
(30 sec) (speed 4) to give a creamier consistency.

Add in khalua raisin (soak the raisin in kahlua for 6 hours)
(10sec) (speed 1) (reverse)
3. Return to container and freeze for up to 6 hours or overnight.
