If you find another product on another website / store, we will, at our sole discretion, either match that price or credit the difference in your Kitchen Arena account PLUS giving out 30 points worth RM30. Because we’d prefer you to purchase from us – Kitchen Arena.

Exclusion List
Exclusions apply including, but not limited to, flash sales, clearance, special seasonal prices, discontinued, based upon rebates, coupon and financing offers
Submitting a Request
Please collect the following information before completing the Best Price Guarantee Form from product information page
- The website/store product link where you found the better price.
- The Brand and Model of the product.
- Screenshots/photos of the competitor site in which the price and promotion type for the product are clearly indicated.
Terms and Conditions
- Our "Best Price Guarantee" applies to confirmed orders only. You must provide us with your order ID in order to make a claim.
- The following conditions must apply to the lower price submitted:
- Same brand, model, colour and conditions
- Same currency
- Prices you paid must be the final rate including delivery, installation and commissioning charges
- The lower price product is available for purchase
- Sales within Malaysia
- Intended for end-user purchase
- The “Best Price Guarantee” does not apply where, the lower price is not available to the general public, which include:
- Trade discount
- Loyalty programs
- Any prices requiring membership
- Kitchen Arena has the right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim, including but not limited to, determining that it is for the same model, and that it meets all terms, conditions, and claims processing requirements.
- Our “Best Price Guarantee” cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
- Kitchen Arena reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue the “Best Price Guarantee” at any time. Any question regarding claims should be directed to our Customer Service team.
- Excluding products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers (Marketplace sellers) on websites.
