All Purpose Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups Soy Sauce (300mL)

1/2 cup Kelp stock (100mL)

160g Sugar

200g of Starch Syrup

200g of Red Pepper Powder

60g of Minced Garlic

20g of Minced Ginger

Put broth and soy sauce in a cooking container and boil Close 12 minutes 100°C mixer
Add sugar and starch syrup and boil more Close 8 minutes 100°C mixer

When the boiled sauce has cooled, add red pepper powder, chopped garlic and chopped ginger and mix well
After that, keep refrigerated.
