苋菜一把

大蒜3瓣

油10克

盐适量

 

 

『做法』

1.主锅里放蒜和油,3秒速度5切碎,然后把锅壁的蒜末利用刮刀棒弄到底部,设定3分钟/120度/速度1爆香

2.加入洗干净的苋菜,设定3分钟/120度/逆转/速度小勺,最后1分钟加盐

3.趁热享用。
