INGREDIENTS
50g Red Split Dhal, soaked
40g Green Split Dhal, soaked
15g Garlic
10g Ginger
750g Water
80g Green Chili, deseed
75g Onion
25g Oil
2g Cumin Seeds
200g Tomato, quartered
2g Garam Masala
3g Salt
20 Curry Leaves
3g Turmeric Powder
INSTRUCTION
Minced the ginger and garlic using Turbo for 4 seconds.
Add 1/2 of the minced ginger garlic with water and dhal inside Allda bowl, cook at 100°C for 20 minutes at Speed 2.
Blend the mixture at Speed 6 for 10 seconds, then pour out to container and leave it aside.
Chop the onion and green chili inside the Allda bowl at Speed 6 for 5 seconds.
Add in the remaining minced ginger garlic, oil and cumin seeds, cook it at Steam for 5Â minutes at Speed 1.Â
Add in the dhal mixture and remaining ingredients, cook them at 90°C for 20 minutes at Speed 2.
