Beef Broth

INGREDIENTS

300g of Beef Brisket

1/2 Green Onion

1/4 Onion

5 slices Garlic

1 teaspoon of Ginger

1 teaspoon of Whole Pepper

1.5 liters of Water

To prepare :

Cut the meat into two halves and soak it in cold water for 1-2 hours to drain the blood.

Cut green onions into 4 pieces and slice ginger.

Setting :

Sieve the boiled stock into a storage container and refrigerate the boiled meat in the broth.

TIP

Boiled meat needs to be cooked in broth to be tender.
