主要材料:
肥牛片250g
油10g
红尖椒1个(切圈0.5厘米)
金针菇200g
水200g
蒜头3瓣
豆瓣酱1汤匙
料酒1勺匙
盐1/4勺匙
葱花少许
1、将肥牛片放至辅助篮内,用开水冲烫至变色,倒去血水,沥干备用。
2、将蒜头放至主锅内,以5秒/速度6切碎,用刮刀棒刮至锅底,加入豆瓣酱,油,红尖椒,以大火/2分钟/速度1爆香。
3、将金针菇剪去根部洗净,与水一起放入主锅内,以大火/5分钟/小勺烹煮。
4、加入料酒、备好的肥牛片、盐,以大火/1分钟/小勺烹煮,结束后装盘撒上葱花即可享用。
