青睐,尤其对于肥胖者、动脉硬化者,吃牛肉更为适宜。配
以有“地下苹
果”的土豆,使之营养更为丰富
因此家中常吃此
菜有利于全家人的健康。
主要材料:
牛腩(切块5*5)500g、油20g、土豆250g、香菜叶5g、水500g
调味辅料:
姜片10g、大葱(切段)50g、生抽50g、老抽10g、八角2个、干辣椒5个
制作步骤:
1、将牛腩洗净切块,放入辅助篮至主锅内,加入刚好没过牛腩的水,以50度/5分钟/速度5焯水洗净沥干备用
2、将油、姜、精葱、八角、干辣椒、和牛腩块放入主锅内,以120度/5分钟/逆转小勺翻炒
3、将生抽、水(500g)、老抽、加入主锅内,以110度/99分钟/小勺烹煮(可视牛腩状态延长时间)
4、将土豆加入主锅内,以120度 /20分钟/ 逆转小勺收汁,无需盖上量杯盖,装盘后撒上香菜叶
TIP:土豆块切大了,可视土豆状态延长烹煮时间
Ingredients

10g sliced ginger, 50g green onions (cut into sections), 50g light soy sauce, 10g soy sauce, 2 star anise, 5 dried chilies
Direction
1. Wash the sirloin and cut into pieces, put it in the auxiliary basket into the main pot, add water just under the sirloin, rinse and drain with water at 50 degrees/5 minutes/speed 5
2. Put the oil, ginger, fine green onion, star anise, dried chili, and beef brisket into the mixing bowl, and stir-fry at 120°C/5 minutes/reversed spoon
3. Add light soy sauce, water (500g), dark soy sauce, to the mixing bowl, and cook at 110 degrees/99 minutes/tsp (depending on the sirloin status)
4. Add the potatoes to the mixing bowl and collect the juice at 120°C/20 minutes/reversing a small spoon. There is no need to cover the lid of the measuring cup. Sprinkle coriander leaves on the plate.
TIP: The potato pieces are cut too large, and the cooking time can be extended depending on the state of the potatoes
