INGREDIENTS

50 g beets

50 g apples (¼ side)

50g bananas (½)

1 tablespoon of honey (or sugar)

500 ml of water

INSTRUCTION

To Prepare:

• Peel and chop the prepared ingredients into bite-size pieces that are easy to peel and grind.


Cooking:
