【材料】
100克 洋葱
50克 西芹
50克 胡萝卜
200克 牛肉

【做法】
1 将牛肉切块,放入主锅中,以20秒/速度8搅成肉糜,取出。
将洋葱、西芹和胡萝卜、大蒜放入主锅中,以5秒/速度6切碎
2 加入牛肉糜、橄榄油、黑胡椒粉,以120度/8分钟/逆转/小勺,翻炒,不盖量杯盖。
3 锅中加入白葡萄酒、以120度/2分/逆转/小勺翻炒,不盖量杯盖。
加入去皮番茄,以3秒/速度5切碎。
4 加入200克水,以110度/30分钟/速度1烹煮,最后30秒从主锅盖孔中加入罗勒叶和盐即可。
