Bolognese意式肉酱

【材料】

100克 洋葱

50克 西芹

50克 胡萝卜

200克 牛肉

1汤匙 橄榄油

1/4茶匙 黑胡椒粉

3瓣 蒜

3汤匙 白葡萄酒

300克 番茄

20片 新鲜罗勒叶

1/2茶匙 盐

做法

 1 将牛肉切块,放入主锅中,以20秒/速度8搅成肉糜,取出。

    将洋葱、西芹和胡萝卜、大蒜放入主锅中,以5秒/速度6切碎

 2  加入牛肉糜、橄榄油、黑胡椒粉,以120度/8分钟/逆转/小勺,翻炒,不盖量杯盖。

 3  锅中加入白葡萄酒、以120度/2分/逆转/小勺翻炒,不盖量杯盖。

     加入去皮番茄,以3秒/速度5切碎。

4   加入200克水,以110度/30分钟/速度1烹煮,最后30秒从主锅盖孔中加入罗勒叶和盐即可。

300g tomatoes

20 slices fresh basil leaves

1/2 teaspoon salt

【Direction】

1 Cut beef into pieces, put it in mixing bowl, stir into minced meat at 20 seconds/speed 8, and remove.

Put onion, celery, carrot and garlic in mixing bowl, chop 5 seconds/speed 6

2 Add beef mince, olive oil, and black pepper, stir fry at 120°C/8 minutes/reverse/tsp, without covering the measuring cup.

3 Add white wine to the pot and stir fry at 120 degrees/2 minutes/reversal/small spoon without covering the measuring cup.

Add peeled tomatoes and chop 3 seconds/speed 5.

4 Add 200 grams of water, cook at 110 degrees/30 minutes/speed 1, add basil leaves and salt from the hole in the mixing bowl lid for the last 30 seconds.
