做法 :
1、将筒子骨洗净对半劈成两截放入辅助篮至主锅内,加入刚好没过筒子骨的水,以50度/5分钟/速度5焯水洗净,清空主锅。
2、将焯水后的筒子骨、姜片、小葱一撮打结、花椒、八角、盐、水(1200g)放入主锅内,以110度/70分钟/逆转小勺熬制。
