Braised Chicken with Taro 芋头烧鸡

『食材』

20 克 油

15 克 葱, 切段

3 朵 新鲜香菇, 切片

350 克 芋头, 去皮、切块(约3厘米)

500 克 带皮鸡腿, 切块(约3厘米)

2 汤匙 酱油

1 茶匙 糖

1/4茶匙 盐

100 克 水

 

『做法』

1.将油放入主锅,以3 分/120°C/速度小勺加热。

2.加入葱和新鲜香菇,以3 分/120°C/逆转/速度小勺爆香。

3.加入芋头,以3 分/120℃/逆转/速度小勺拌炒。

4.加入带皮鸡腿,以3 分/120℃/逆转/速度小勺拌炒。

5.加入酱油、糖、盐和水,以15 分/100°C/逆转/速度小勺烹煮,趁热享用。

 

Ingredients

15 g shallots, cut into sections

3 fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced

350 g taro, peeled and cut into pieces (about 3 cm)

500 g chicken drumsticks with skin, cut into pieces (about 3 cm)

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

100 g water

Direction

1. Put the oil in the mixing bowl and heat it at 3 min/120°C/speed small spoon.

2. Add green onions and fresh mushrooms, and saute at 3 min/120°C/reverse/speed small spoon.

3. Add taro and stir fry at 3 min/120℃/reverse/speed small spoon.

4. Add chicken thighs with skin and stir fry at 3 min/120℃/reverse/speed small spoon.

5. Add soy sauce, sugar, salt and water, cook at 15 min/100°C/reverse/speed teaspoon, and enjoy while hot.
