『做法』
1.一只猪脚450克左右,进行50度清洗。
2.放入冰糖,黄酒,啤酒,桂皮,八角,生抽,老抽所有调料。不喜甜的冰糖减量。设置60分钟/100度/逆转/速度小勺。
3.再设置10分钟/120度/ 逆转/速度小勺,拿掉小量杯进行收汁。 结束后进行4秒/逆转/速度2进行颠锅滚汁。 岀锅趁热享用。
