INGREDIENTS
1kg Pork Ribs
1 1/2 cup Glutinous Rice
2 Chives
1 Leek
Soy Sauce
Rice Wine
Soybean Paste
2 tablespoons of Oyster Dauce and Starch
1 tablespoon of Sugar and Pepper Oil
1 teaspoon Salt and Chopped Ginger, 1 Leek
To prepare :
Pork ribs are boiled in boiling water and wash clean.
Chop leek and chives in 5cm long.
Glutinous rice is soaked for over an hour.
Mix all seasoning ingredients and mix them on the ribs
Ripen in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
