 Braised Pork Trotters 红烧猪蹄

红烧猪蹄是一道传统的名菜,也是一道比较常见的家常菜,以猪蹄为主要食材,

这道菜味道可口,营养价值丰富,具有美容养颜、抗衰老、促进生长,改善冠心病等功效!

主要材料: 

猪蹄(切块)500g

油20g

水500g  

姜片10g

冰糖20g

老抽20g

生抽20g

料酒30g

八角2支

香叶2片

盐2/1勺匙   

                

制作方法:     

1·将猪蹄放入辅助蓝中加入没过猪蹄的水,以50度/5分钟/速度5焯水洗净备用                                           

2.将油,姜片放入主锅内,以120度/3分钟/速度1爆香 

3.将猪蹄.冰糖.老抽.生抽.料酒.八角.香叶.水(500g).盐放入锅内,以110度/80分钟/逆时针搅拌烹煮             

4.最后30分钟取下量杯盖收汁即可           

Main ingredients:

10g sliced ginger

Rock sugar 20g

Soy sauce 20g

Light soy sauce 20g

Cooking wine 30g

2 star anise

2 bay leaves

2/1 tbsp of salt

Direction:

1. Put the pig's trotter into the auxiliary blue, add water that has not been used for the trotter, and rinse with water at 50 degrees/5 minutes/speed 5

2. Put the oil and ginger slices into the mixing bowl and saute at 120°C/3 minutes/speed 1

3. Put the trotters, rock sugar, soy sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, star anise, bay leaves, water (500g), and salt into the pot, stir and cook at 110 degrees/80 minutes/counterclockwise

4. Remove the lid of the measuring cup and collect the juice in the last 30 minutes
