Braised White Pomfret 红烧鲳鱼

『食材』

1茶匙料酒

2茶匙老抽

1条鲳鱼,约300克,洗净一切

在鱼肉上划1-2刀

2片姜

2根葱,切段

25克油

2茶匙生抽

20克料酒

2茶匙糖

 

『做法』

1.将料酒、1茶匙老抽和鲳鱼放入碗中拌匀,腌制10分钟左右备用。

2.将姜、葱和油放入主锅,以3分/120℃/速度小勺爆香。

3.插入起泡器,加入鲳鱼和腌制的汁水,1茶匙老抽、1茶匙生抽、料酒和糖,以3分/120℃/反转/速度小勺烹煮。

4.利用刮刮棒辅助将鱼身体翻面,以4分 /120℃/反转/速度小勺烹煮,盛入碗内,趁热享用。
