【材料】

300克     糙米

1000克   水

10克       油

130克     胡萝卜

200克     虾仁

150克     甜椒

100克     芹菜

5克        盐

黑胡椒适量

10g oil

130g carrots

200g shrimp

150g sweet pepper

100g celery

5g salt

将糙米浸泡2小时以上沥干备用将胡萝卜、甜椒、芹菜切丁。

将水放入主锅,辅助篮里放入米加入主锅,煮熟。

Soak the brown rice for more than 2 hours and drain. Dice carrots, sweet peppers, and celery.

Put water in the main pot, add rice in the auxiliary basket to the main pot, and cook.

将油和胡萝卜放入主锅,以120/3分钟/逆转小勺 炒拌。Put the oil and carrots in the mixing bowl and stir fry at 120°C/3 minutes/reversing a small spoon.  3 minutes 120°C mixer reverse

加入虾仁、甜椒、芹菜、盐和黑胡椒粉。


Add shrimp, sweet pepper, celery, salt and black pepper.

以120度/6分钟/逆转/小勺,炒熟,倒出和糙米饭搅拌均匀即可。
