80g红糖
3g酵母
300g面粉

『做法』
1. 加280ml温水,把红糖搅匀化开,加3g酵母,把酵母也化开,再加300g面粉搅拌均匀,搅匀后是比较浓稠的面糊。
2. 盖上保鲜膜发酵至两倍大,搅拌一下排排气。
3. 准备几个小碗,把里面刷上油,容易脱模,把面糊倒进去,八分满就可以。
4. 将倒好的面糊放入蒸锅静置,二次发酵10分钟,然后撒点芝麻。
5. 600ml水放入主锅中,设置35分钟/120度/速度2,水开后架上蒸锅,蒸熟即可。蒸好的红糖发糕十分松软。

2. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment to twice the size, stir and exhaust.
3. Prepare a few small bowls, brush the inside with oil for easy demoulding, pour the batter into it, and it will be 80% full.
4. Put the poured batter into a steamer and let it stand for a second time of fermentation for 10 minutes, then sprinkle some sesame seeds.
5. Put 600ml of water into the main pot, set 35 minutes/120 degrees/speed 2, put the steamer on the steamer when the water is boiled, and steam. The steamed brown sugar mochi is very soft.
