INGREDIENTS

100g of onions

(mixed) 20g of garlic (1 1/2 tablespoons)

100 to 130g pear (juice)

4 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar

2 tablespoons rice wine (flavored wine)

2 tablespoons sesame oil

moderate amount of pepper and sesame salt
