主材料:
排骨500g,玉米300g,胡萝卜200g
调味辅料:
姜片10g,八角1个,花椒少许,盐1勺,
水1500ml
制作方法:
将排骨放入过滤网至主锅内,加水1500ml,以50度/6分钟/速度4焯水洗净备用
将洗净的排骨,姜片,玉米,八角,花椒,放入主锅以110度/20分钟/逆转小勺进行烹煮
将切好的胡萝卜放入主锅以,100度/20分钟/逆转小勺烹煮,最后加盐装盘即可
