Carrot Corn Rib Soup 胡萝卜玉米排骨汤

胡萝卜玉米排骨汤,有益肠胃、润肺燥的功效,玉米能止血利尿,又能降胆固醇,胡萝卜宽中行气健胃助消化,猪脊骨益髓

又健筋骨,此汤对糖尿病患者,以及对消化不良,食欲不振的高血压患者特别适宜。

 

主材料:

排骨500g,玉米300g,胡萝卜200g

 

调味辅料:

姜片10g,八角1个,花椒少许,盐1勺,

水1500ml

制作方法:

将排骨放入过滤网至主锅内,加水1500ml,以50度/6分钟/速度4焯水洗净备用

将洗净的排骨,姜片,玉米,八角,花椒,放入主锅以110度/20分钟/逆转小勺进行烹煮

将切好的胡萝卜放入主锅以,100度/20分钟/逆转小勺烹煮,最后加盐装盘即可

Direction
