Carrot Steamed Cake

INGREDIENTS

150 g carrots

130g flour (power flour)

70ml oil

White sugar + yellow sugar 30g + 50g

(Room temperature) 2 eggs (100g)

½ tablespoon cinnamon powder


½ teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

(For topping) Nuts and dried fruits 30g each

(For boiling) 500ml of water

Small ceramic balls (Or silicone muffin mold)

INSTRUCTION

To Prepare:

• Weigh the ingredients and serve each.

• Carrots are cut easily after washing.

• Apply oil inside the ceramic bowl.


Cooking:

1. Put the blade in the cooking container, add carrots to close the slot. Chop at 0 degrees / 5 seconds / speed 6 and put in a bowl.

2. Place a whisk on the blade, put the egg and add 0 degrees / 3 minutes / Dissolve the sugar through the slot while releasing the egg at speed 3. Mix the oils slowly.

3. Remove the whisk and put carrots, flour, baking powder and cinnamon powder together. Mix at 0 degrees / 1 minute / speed 3.

4. Arrange the dough with a special spatula, put 8 parts in a small bowl and put it on the floor. Beat 2-3 times (for topping), put nuts and dried fruits into the steamer.

   -Almonds, walnuts, peanuts, raisins, cranberries, etc. are added to suit your preference.

5. After rinsing the cooking container, add water and put the steamer on the lid. Cook at steaming / 20 minutes / speed 3.
