INGREDIENTS

120 g of flour (power flour)

(Refrigerated) 4 eggs

120 g sugar

1 tablespoon of milk/edible oil/honey

2-3 drops of vanilla extract

INSTRUCTION

To Prepare:

• Eggs separate white and yolk.

• Weigh the ingredients and serve each in a bowl.

• Lay paper foil on the oven pan.

• Preheat oven to 170 degrees as cooking begins.

Cooking:

1. Put the blade and whisk into the container, add egg whites and sugar. Make a solid foam at 0 degrees / 2 minutes / 4 speed.

   -It is suitable if you float the meringue and keep it in a solid shape.

2. Insert the yolk into the inlet and whip at 0 degrees / 3 minutes / 4 speed. Add milk, cooking oil, honey, and vanilla extract.

3. Remove the whisk and add the flour, mix gently at 0 degrees / 30 seconds / speed 2.

4. The finished dough is placed in an oven pan with paper foil and placed on the floor. Beat 3 to 4 times to drain the air and place in a preheated oven for 30 minutes to cook.
   
    -Put only 8 parts of castella dough in the oven pan.
    -If the dough is swollen and the dough surface is brown, stick it with skewer. The dough should not come out.

5. The finished cake is placed on a cooling net and cooled.
