西芹腰果的主要功效有提高机体抗病能力、使体重增加。西芹中含酸性的降压成分,还镇定安神、利尿消肿、抗癌防癌、养血补虚的作用。腰果中的微量元素和维生素较高,可软化血管,对保护血管,防止心血管疾病有大益处

 

制作材料:

西芹300g

腰果30g

油20g

姜片1块

盐1勺匙

 

制作方法:

1.将西芹去丝切成斜块备用

2.将姜片、油放入主锅内,以120度/3分钟/速度1爆香

3.将备好的西芹放入主锅内,加入盐已以120度/3分钟/速度1翻炒

4.將腰果从主锅孔中放入主锅内,以120分钟/1分钟/逆转速度1翻炒,结束后装盘即可

Direction
