INGREDIENTS
100g Egg
220g Vegetable Stock
10g Soy Sauce
10g Shao Xing Wine
5g Mushroom, sliced
INSTRUCTION
Mix all the ingredients together in the bowl using Stir for 1 minute.Â
Strain lightly and try not to create too much bubbles into the bowls.
Place 1 litre of water into the bowl then place the steaming bowl on top with bowls of egg mixture inside it.
Set to Steam at Speed 1 and cook for 25 minutes.
