Cherry Tomato Confit

INGREDIENTS

20g Garlic

5g Black Peppercorn

5g Dried Oregano

5g Dried Parsley

200g Cherry Tomato, bottom crossed

500g Olive Oil

INSTRUCTION

Put garlic and black peppercorn into the bowl, blend at Speed 5 for 5 seconds. 

Scrape down the sides of the bowl.

Add in the remaining ingredients into the bowl, set to Reverse + Stir and cook at 80°C for 15 minutes.
