Boiled chestnuts are peeled, slice finely.
Set :
Slice chicken breast rolls diagonally. Put salad vegetables and dates on top and eat with perilla leaf pesto.
Tip :
You have to spread the chicken breast evenly so that it doesn't open when you poke it
