Chicken Porridge 鸡丝粥


鸡丝粥是一道美食,制作材料有米、鸡胸肉、胡萝卜等。是一款高蛋白、低脂肪的美味营养粥,很适合小孩子食用。做法也很简单。

主材料

鸡胸肉120g、大米100g、水1000ml

调味辅料:

麻油5g、胡椒粉1/4茶匙、鸡粉1勺、盐1勺、姜2片、葱1根

制作方法

1、将米洗净放置一旁,鸡胸肉切丝

2、将鸡胸肉放入容器内,再加葱,姜,鸡粉,胡椒粉、麻油,进行腌制20分钟

3、将米和水放入锅中,以100/25分钟/逆转速度2进行熬制

4、加入腌制好的鸡丝放入锅内,以100/25分钟/逆转小勺烹煮

5、将熬制好的鸡丝粥装盘,加入少许葱花即可

Ingredient :

Sesame Oil 5g. pepper 1/4 teaspoon. Chicken powder 1 scoop. Salt 1 scoop. Ginger 2 Slices. Scallion

Cooking Method

1、Wash the rice and put aside, shred the chicken breast

2、Put the shredded chicken in a container,add scallion, Ginger,Chicken Powder,Pepper、Sesame Oil and marinate for 20 minutes.

3、Put the rice and water into the container,cook in 100°C/25minutes/reverse/speed 2

4、Add in the marinated shredded chicken into the cooking container,continue cooking in 100°C/25minutes/reverse/stir

5、Serve the chicken porridge and garnish with some scallion
