Chicken with Pyrus Nivalis 雪梨爆鸡片

『食材』

250 克 去皮鸡胸肉排, 切薄片

10 克 淀粉

10 克 料酒

1/2 茶匙 盐

1/4茶匙 糖

15 克 油

1 瓣 蒜头, 切片

120 克 梨, 去皮切块

10 颗 枸杞

 

 

『做法』

1.取一个碗放在主锅盖上,在碗内放入切片的鸡胸肉、淀粉、料酒、盐和糖,拌匀备用。

2.将油和蒜头放入主锅,以3 分/120°C/速度 1爆香。

3.加入腌制好的鸡胸肉、梨和枸杞子,以4分/120°//速度 1拌炒。即可享用。

 

Ingredients

250 g skinless chicken breast steak, thinly sliced

10 g starch

10 g cooking wine

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon sugar

15 g oil

1 clove garlic, sliced

120 g pears, peeled and diced

10 goji berries

Direction

1. Put a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl, put sliced chicken breast, starch, cooking wine, salt and sugar in the bowl, mix well and set aside.

2. Put the oil and garlic in the mixing bowl and saute 3 min/120°C/speed 1.

3. Add the marinated chicken breast, pear and wolfberry, stir fry at 4 min/120°//speed 1.
