『做法』
1.取一个碗放在主锅盖上,在碗内放入切片的鸡胸肉、淀粉、料酒、盐和糖,拌匀备用。
2.将油和蒜头放入主锅,以3 分/120°C/速度 1爆香。
3.加入腌制好的鸡胸肉、梨和枸杞子,以4分/120°//速度 1拌炒。即可享用。
