INGREDIENTS
300g Pork Fillet
10 Green Peppers
2 Green Peppers
1/2 Red Pepper
100g Onions
3 tablespoons of Red Pepper Oil
1 Garlic
Seasoned Oyster Sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon CheongjuÂ
1 teaspoon Sugar and Salt
1/5 teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon of Rice Wine and Starch
1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
To prepare :Â
Julienne green peppers, green peppers, onions, and garlic.
Mix the seasoning ingredients in advance.
Shred pork into rice wine and soy sauce ,eave seasoned.
Tip :
Instead of meat, we put in fried tofu or mushrooms and make them vegetarian.
