Chocolate Walnut Cookies 巧克力核桃饼干

200 克 黄油, 室温

2 颗 蛋

100 克 红糖

100 克 细砂糖

400 克 面粉

¼ 克 盐

1 茶匙 小苏打

100 克 核桃仁, 切碎

100 克 巧克力片

 

『做法』

1.预热烤箱至200°C。

2.将黄油、蛋、红糖和细砂糖放入主锅,以15秒/速度4混合。

3.加入面粉、盐、小苏打、核桃仁和巧克力片,以30 秒/搅拌键揉面。

4.用勺子辅助,逐个取出小部分面团并整形成球状,放在铺着烘焙用纸的烤盘上,压扁成饼干状。

5.放入预热至200°C的烤箱以烤15分钟,分次烤完所有的饼干,放凉后即可享用。

200 g butter, room temperature

2 eggs

100 g brown sugar

100 g caster sugar

400 g flour

¼ g salt

1 teaspoon baking soda

100 g walnuts, chopped

100 g chocolate chips

Direction

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

2. Put butter, eggs, brown sugar and caster sugar in mixing bowl and mix at 15 seconds/speed 4.

3. Add flour, salt, baking soda, walnuts and chocolate chips, and knead the dough at 30 seconds/stir.

4. With the aid of a spoon, take out a small part of the dough one by one and shape it into a ball, place it on a baking tray with baking paper, and flatten it into a biscuit shape.

5. Put it into the oven preheated to 200°C and bake for 15 minutes. Bake all the biscuits in batches. Let cool and enjoy.
