INGREDIENTS

200g of Glass Noodles

200g of Lettuce

Cucumber

Paprika

2 Chicken Breast

1 tablespoon Peanut Powder

5 tablespoons of Soy Sauce

Sugar

Vinegar

3 tablespoons Sesame Oil

1 tablespoon Sesame Salt

To prepare :

Mix the seasoning ingredients in advance.

The glass noodles are soaked for more than two hours.

Cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

Chicken breasts are made by cutting thick parts with a knife

Setting

Rinse the glass noodles in cold water to drain and tear the chicken breast into small pieces.

Put the glass noodles, chicken breast, and vegetables in a bowl and mix them evenly with the sauce.

Put japchae on a plate and sprinkle peanut dust.
