INGREDIENTS

50g of Glass Noodles

100g of Bean Sprouts

Spinach and Onion 

4 Shiitake Mushrooms

1 teaspoon of Soy Sauce and Sesame Oil

1 tablespoon Vinegar

1 teaspoon Sugar, Sesame Oil, Sesame Salt, Minced Garlic

To prepare :

The glass noodles are soaked for more than two hours.

Slice onions and shiitake mushrooms and cut them into 1 small portion, add soy sauce and stir-fry

Mix the sauce ingredients in advance

Setting :

Remove the glass noodles and mix them with sesame oil, and cool bean sprouts and spinach.

Put noodles, roasted mushrooms, spinach, and bean sprouts on a plate and sprinkle the sauce

Tip :

It's more delicious if you chop the egg mixture and the scallions and garnish them.
