用料:
鸡块500g
洋葱100g
土豆(切块4*4)200g
胡萝卜(切块5*5)100g
番茄(切块5*5)150g
水400g、咖喱块120g
调味辅料:咖喱块120g
黄油30g
做法 :
1、将黄油、洋葱和鸡块放入锅中,以120度 /5分钟/逆转小勺爆香
2、将土豆、胡萝卜、番茄和水放入主锅内,以100度/20分钟/逆转小勺烹煮
3、加咖喱块以100度/15分钟/逆转小勺烹煮,结束后装盘即可

Potatoes (cut into pieces 4*4) 200g
Carrots (cut into pieces 5*5) 100g
Tomato (cut 5*5) 150g
400g water, 120g curry block
Seasoning accessories: curry cube 120g
30g butter
Direction
1. Put the butter, onion and chicken nuggets into the pot, and saute at 120°C/5 minutes/reverse a small spoon
2. Put potatoes, carrots, tomatoes and water in the mixing bowl and cook at 100 degrees/20 minutes/reversing a small spoon
3. Add curry cubes and cook at 100 degrees/15 minutes/reversing a small spoon, and then put it on the plate.
