INGREDIENTS
70g (4 tablespoons) of curry powder
300ml of water
100g of beef (sirloin)
Potato 100g
100g onions
50g carrots
80g pumpkin
20g butter (1 tbsp)
Salt/pepper to suit your taste
To prepare :Â
Cut the beef into 2cm in size and remove the blood from the paper towel.
All vegetables are diced into 1.5cm squares.
Cooking method :
1. Put the blade in the cooking container, add butter, beef, pepper powder, 1 tablespoon water
Fry with 100 degrees / 3 minutes / reverse rotation / stirring.
2. Put the prepared vegetables, water and curry powder together to close the inlet. Boil until thickened by 100 degrees / 20 minutes / reverse rotation / stirring.
Adjust the concentration to suit your preference.
3. Put the rice in a bowl and place the finished curry on the rice.
