INGREDIENTS
400g Ice Cubes
600g Walnut Milk
Matcha Syrup:
120g Water
60g Sugar (A)
15g Matcha Powder
Dalgona Coffee:
30g Hot Water
30g Sugar (B)
10g Instant Coffee
INSTRUCTION
Matcha Syrup:
Add all the ingredients into the bowl and warm the mixture with 60°C for 1 minute at Stir.
Dalgona Coffee:
Pour all the ingredients into the bowl. Fix in the Butterfly attachment, and whip the mixture at Speed 4 for 2 minutes until fluffy.
Assemble:
Once every steps have completed, assemble the beverage by divide the matcha syrup into 4 glass cups first.Â
Next add in the ice cubes and walnut milk, the top with whipped dalgona coffee.
