Detox Juice

INGREDIENTS

50 g broccoli

50 g cabbage

50 g carrots

50 g tomatoes

50g bananas (½)

50g (½) apples

300 ml of water

100 ml of milk (or yogurt)

INSTRUCTION

To Prepare:

• Cut vegetables and fruits into bite-size pieces that are easy to grind.


Cooking:

1. Put the blade in the cooking container, add vegetables and water, and close the inlet. Cook at 90 degrees / 15 minutes / speed 1.

2. After the ingredients are sufficiently cooled, add apples, bananas, and milk. Block the inlet and for 0 degrees / 1 minute / at a speed of 5~10. Grind slowly.
