INGREDIENTS
75g Palm Sugar (Gula Melaka)
50g Water
150g Coconut Milk
30g Coconut Oil
75g Glutinous Rice Flour
INSTRUCTION
Place all the ingredients into the bowl and mix at Speed 3Â for 20Â seconds.
Blend at Speed 9 for 10 seconds until the mixture is smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Without the Measuring Cup, cook at 110°C on Reverse + Speed 2 for 30 to 40 minutes (based on preferred consistency) until the mixture becomes golden brown, firm and shiny paste.Â
Pour the paste into a non-stick mould and let it set in the fridge overnight.
