【材料】

300克    高筋面粉

5克        干酵母粉

160克     冰水

20克       糖

1/2茶匙  盐

1茶匙      奶粉

25克       黄油

1/2颗      蛋

适量         自制糖粉

适量         巧克力酱

1 teaspoon milk powder

25g butter

1/2 egg

将酵母粉和冰水放入主锅中 ,混合。

再以4分钟/搅拌和面,取出面团,盖上保鲜膜,放置温暖的地方发酵至2倍大。

将面团分成6个小面团,整形成甜甜圈形状,继续发酵至1.5倍。

放入油锅炸至金黄,捞出撒糖粉,淋上巧克力酱即可。
