INGREDIENTS
50g Rock Sugar
160g Red Dragon Fruit, peeled
140g Lychee, pitted
1 tbsp Rose Petal
1g Salt
300g Ice Cubes
1/2 Lemon, quartered
INSTRUCTION
Blend the rock sugar with Turbo for 4 seconds until powdered.
Add all the ingredients (except lemon) into the bowl, and blend at Speed 10 for 20 seconds.
Add in the lemon, press and hold Turbo for 1 second then repeat this step for another 2 times.
Insert the basket into the bowl and strain the juice into cups.
