INGREDIENTS
Almond Streusel:
35g Brown Sugar
35g All Purpose Flour
35g Butter, room temperature
35g Almond PowderÂ
1g Salt
Stewed Apple:
2 Green Apple, peeled and cubes
50g Sugar
15g Butter
1 Cinnamon Stick
Earl Grey Cake:
140g Butter, room temperature
140g Sugar
2g Salt
155g Egg, room temperature
8g Earl Grey Tea Leaf
6g Baking Powder
140g All Purpose Flour
INSTRUCTION
Almond Streusel:
Pour all the ingredients into Allda bowl, then mix at Speed 4 for 30 seconds until it become a dough.
Slightly flatten it then wrap it up, place into the freezer for it to harden.
Stewed Apple:
Place all the ingredients into Allda bowl, then cook it at Steam for 10 minutes at Reverse + Speed 1 without Measuring Cup.
Set aside and let it cool.
Earl Grey Cake:
Pre-heat the oven to 170°C.
Put butter, sugar and salt into the Allda bowl, mix it at Speed 5 for 30 seconds.
Add in egg, mix at Speed 5 for 20 seconds.
Add in the remaining ingredients. mix at Speed 3 for 20 seconds.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl then pour into piping bag.
Fill the batter into the non-stick mould half, then add 1 teaspoon of stewed apple each in the middle of the batter.
Lastly, top it with some grated almond streusel. Then bake it for 10 minutes.
