Fish Ball Soap 鱼丸汤

『食材』

400 克 白鱼排, 选择刺少的鱼肉,切小块

900 克 水, 含鱼丸中的水和煮鱼丸汤的水

2 颗 蛋清

6 汤匙 淀粉

15 克 料酒

1 茶匙 盐

10 克 葱, 切葱花

 

『做法』

1.将白鱼排和100克水放入主锅,以20 秒/逆转/速度 6混合。

2.加入蛋清、淀粉、料酒和盐,以20 秒/逆转/速度 5混合,取出肉糜,用虎口捏出鱼丸。清空主锅。

3.加入800克水,以8 分/100°C/速度小勺烹煮。

4.加入捏好的鱼丸,以5分/100°C/逆转/速度小勺烹煮,撒上葱花,即可享用。(根据鱼丸口感的程度进行调整烹煮时间)

Direction

1. Put the white fish steak and 100 g of water into the mixing bowl and mix at 20 seconds/reverse/speed 6.

2. Add egg white, starch, cooking wine and salt, mix at 20 seconds/reverse/speed 5, take out the minced meat, and pinch out fish balls with a tiger’s mouth. Empty the mixing bowl.

3. Add 800 grams of water and cook at 8 min/100°C/speed teaspoon.

4. Add the kneaded fish balls, cook at 5 min/100°C/reverse/speed spoon, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and enjoy. (Adjust the cooking time according to the taste of the fish balls)
