『做法』
1.将白鱼排和100克水放入主锅,以20 秒/逆转/速度 6混合。
2.加入蛋清、淀粉、料酒和盐,以20 秒/逆转/速度 5混合,取出肉糜,用虎口捏出鱼丸。清空主锅。
3.加入800克水,以8 分/100°C/速度小勺烹煮。
4.加入捏好的鱼丸,以5分/100°C/逆转/速度小勺烹煮,撒上葱花,即可享用。(根据鱼丸口感的程度进行调整烹煮时间)
