Fish Ssamjang

Fish Ssamjang

Ingredient:

100g of white fish,

2 tablespoons of white beans,

60 grams of green peppers, onions, garlic, mushrooms,

1 red pepper,

6 tablespoons of soybean paste,

5 tablespoons of water,

2 teaspoons of red pepper paste,

1 teaspoon of anchovy powder and red pepper powder each,

1/2 teaspoon of starch,

1/2 teaspoon of water,

a little black pepper

To prepare:

For anchovy powder, refer to p.56,

Chop the red pepper.

Mix the starch and water.

Setting:

When the above cooking time remains 1 minute, add starch, pepper, and red pepper through the lid opening.
