Fried Mushroom 炒蘑菇

炒蘑菇是以蘑菇为主要食材

的家常菜

鲜香味浓,滑嫩适口

准备食材 :

蘑菇300g(切片0.3cm)

青椒30g(切片)

植物油20g

蒜瓣2瓣

盐1勺

操作步骤 :

1、将蘑菇和青椒切片放置盘中备用

2、将蒜瓣放入主锅内,以5秒/速度6切碎,用刮刀棒刮置锅底,加入油,青椒,以120度/2分钟/速度1爆香

3、加入蘑菇和盐放入主锅内,以120度/3分钟/逆转速度1翻炒装盘即可


Ingredients:

300g mushrooms (slice 0.3cm)

30g green pepper (sliced)

Vegetable oil 20g

2 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon of salt


Steps:

1. Slice the mushrooms and green peppers and place them on a plate for later use

2. Put the garlic cloves in the mixing bowl, chop them at 5 seconds/speed 6, scrape the bottom of the pan with a spatula, add oil and green pepper, and saute at 120 degrees/2 minutes/speed 1.

3. Add mushrooms and salt into the mixing bowl, stir fry at 120°C/3 minutes/reverse speed 1
