准备食材 :
蘑菇300g(切片0.3cm)
青椒30g(切片)
植物油20g
蒜瓣2瓣
盐1勺
操作步骤 :
1、将蘑菇和青椒切片放置盘中备用
2、将蒜瓣放入主锅内,以5秒/速度6切碎,用刮刀棒刮置锅底,加入油,青椒,以120度/2分钟/速度1爆香
3、加入蘑菇和盐放入主锅内,以120度/3分钟/逆转速度1翻炒装盘即可
