Fried Port with Mushroom 香菇肉片

『食材』

15克油

200克带皮五花肉,切薄片

1片姜

200克新鲜香菇,切片,焯水备用

15克蚝油

10克料酒

适量盐,根据个人口味调节

 

 

『做法』

1、将油、带皮五花肉和姜放入主锅,以7分/120℃/速度小勺拌炒。

2、加入新鲜香菇、蚝油、料酒和盐,以3分/120℃/速度小勺拌炒,倒入盘中即可享用。

 

Ingredients

15 grams oil

200g skinny pork belly, thinly sliced

1 slice ginger

200g fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced, blanched for later use

15 grams oyster sauce

10 grams of cooking wine

Right amount of salt, adjust according to personal taste


Direction

1. Put the oil, skin-on pork belly and ginger in the mixing bowl, stir fry at 7 min/120℃/speed small spoon.

2. Add fresh mushrooms, oyster sauce, cooking wine and salt, stir fry at 3 min/120℃/speed small spoon, pour into the plate and enjoy.
