Fudge Brownies

INGREDIENTS

240g Butter, melted

30g Oil

260g Sugar

200g Brown Sugar

4 Egg

15g Vanilla Essence

130g All-Purpose Flour

100g Cocoa Powder

75g Chocolate Chips

75g Almond Flakes, lightly toasted

INSTRUCTION

Prepare 2 sets of 6 x 6 x 1.5" mould with parchment paper and pre-heat the oven to 175°C.

Place the butter, oil, sugar and brown sugar into the bowl, mix them at Speed 2 for 20 seconds.

Add in egg and vanilla essence, mix at Speed 5 for 20 seconds.

Add in the flour and cocoa powder, mix at Speed 3 for 30 seconds.

Scrape down the sides of the bowl.

Add in the chocolate chips and almond flakes, mix at Speed 3 for 10 seconds.

Pour the brownies batter into the moulds then bake for 35 minutes.
