Ingredients
250g unsalted butter
70g icing sugar
150g plain flourÂ
200g potato starch
Direction
1. Preheat oven to 160°C. Combine and sift plain flour and potato starch, then set a side.
2. Combine softened butter, icing sugar in jug (1min / speed 3)
3. Add in flour (1 min / stir)
4. Continue mixing with a silicone spatula until the dough fully incorporated.
5. Transfer the dough to a pipping bag fitted with an round nozzle and pipe cookie dough into round shape on the lined baking tray.
  Bake in a preheated ovem for 15 minutes.
