Ginger Milk Curd 姜汁撞奶

『食材』

300 克 姜, 去皮切块

500 克 牛奶

2 汤匙 糖

 

『做法』

1.将姜放入主锅,以10 秒/速度 10磨碎。利用刮刀棒将材料刮至主锅底。再以30 秒/速度 3切碎。用细纱布过滤出姜汁,静置5分钟。清空主锅。

2.将牛奶和糖放入主锅,以3 分/70°C/速度 3烹煮。

3.加入过滤好的姜汁,以5 秒/速度 3混合,倒入容器中,即可享用。

1. Put ginger in mixing bowl and grind at 10 seconds/speed 10. Use a spatula to scrape the material to the bottom of the mixing bowl. Chop again at 30 sec/speed 3. Strain the ginger juice with a fine gauze and let it sit for 5 minutes. Empty the mixing bowl.

2. Put milk and sugar in mixing bowl and cook 3 min/70°C/speed 3.

3. Add the filtered ginger juice, mix at 5 seconds/speed 3, pour into the container, and enjoy.
