主要材料:小黄姜200g、红糖500g、去核红枣150g、水500g。
制作方法:
1、将小黄姜放入主锅内,以50度/5分钟/速度5洗净。
2、将洗好的小黄姜放入主锅内,加入水,盖上量杯盖,以2分钟/速度10打磨成姜汁。
3、加入红糖块和去核红枣,以3分钟/速度10打磨。
4、打开主锅盖,用刮刀棒刮至锅底,然后盖上主锅盖,将辅助篮放在主锅盖上代替量杯盖,以防止汤汁喷溅,以120度/50分钟/速度2熬制,结束后即可享用。
