Glutinous Rice Balls 糯米小圆子

『食材』

65 克 糖

200 克 糯米粉

20 克 马铃薯淀粉

160 克 水

水 ,煮小圆子用,适量

 

『做法』

1.主锅内加入糖,加入糯米粉、马铃薯淀粉和水,以10 秒/速度 3混合。利用刮刀棒将食材刮至锅底。

2.再以30 秒/搅拌键揉面。将面团倒在台面上,用手揉圆并使表面光滑。将面团先搓成长条再揪成一个个小剂子,最后把小剂子放在手掌中对搓成小圆球,过程中用湿的厨房用毛巾盖住小圆球,保持面团表面的水分。

3.取一个锅子,加入适量的水,大火烧水至沸腾后调成小火,放入汤圆,用勺子顺时针搅动汤圆,使其保持不黏连状态。水再次沸腾后,加入适量水,保持小火慢煮的状态,等待所有的小圆子全部浮上水面后即可盛入碗内享用。
