INGREDIENTS

Grapefruit (fruit only) 1 kg

400 g sugar

300 g honey

INSTRUCTION

To Prepare:

• Grapefruit removes the outer skin and inner skin and applies only flesh.


Cooking:

1.Put the blade in the cooking container, add grapefruit flesh and sugar. Mix until sugar melts at 50 degrees / 15 minutes / reverse rotation / speed 2.

2. After cooking, add honey to 0 degree / 20 seconds / reverse rotation / speed 2. After mixing, put in a glass bottle and keep refrigerated.
    -You can drink and drink immediately without maturing.
